1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

✔ The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
✔ Return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.
✔ The item must be in its original packaging .
✔ Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, including:

❌ Customized or personalized products

3. Return Process

🔹 Step 2: Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
🔹 Step 3: Ship the item back to us at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid loss.
🔹 Step 4: Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it and process the refund or exchange.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only after successful product inspection.
The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Shipping charges 100 are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for size or defective items.
If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
